Highbury Consulting may collect personal data such as your name, address, contact details, date of birth, CV/employment history, education, professional qualifications, references, preferences regarding role (jurisdiction, employer, salary, etc), details of offers and placements.This information will be provided by you or a third party such as a job board or previous employer in the case of references.

What we use this information for

To help you find your dream job. In our role as recruitment consultants this information is essential in enabling us to provide you the best service in finding you a suitable opportunity. We will use this information to qualify you for job vacancies, keep you informed of new opportunities, establish your eligibility to work in the jurisdictions we cover, to introduce and place you with our clients.

Disclosure of information

Your data will only be shared with our clients/prospective employers with your consent. When required for immigration/eligibility to work purposes we may also share your information with necessary/trusted third parties, again with your consent.Some clients and third parties will be located outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).

How do we store your information

Your information will be stored in our database hosted within the EU. Our database provider’s infrastructure offers industry leading security with many internationally recognised accreditations including ISO 27017 for cloud security, ISO 27018 for cloud privacy, SOC1, SOC 2, and SOC3, PCI DSS Level 1 and many others. Security and performance tests are performed regularly to ensure your data is safe.

How long do we keep your information for

Your data will be retained for no longer than is necessary for us to do so.

What are your rights

At anytime you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you wish you also have the right to withdraw your consent for us to process your data for the purposes of the services we provide.
