Global professional services firm are looking to hire a Corporate Secretary for their office in Bermuda.

The position is at Assistant Manager level and will see you responsible for the administration and management of a large portfolio of companies through a team of corporate administrators

The position involves liaising with attorneys and service professionals, compliance oversight, work delegation, allocation and supervision, risk management and quality control. The successful candidate will ultimately be joining a dynamic team and should be an experienced company secretary / administrator with excellent service delivery.

Candidates must possess either a law degree or be ICSA / CGI qualified with a minimum of 5yrs experience.

Please Note: Candidates without 5yrs experience will not be granted a work permit.

What's on offer

Compensation is circa US$110K – US$130K + bens + healthcare + relocation assistance.

Relocation support will be provided by the client by way of a return flight, initial 2 weeks accommodation and excess baggage allowance. Work Permit will also be paid for and sponsored by the client and will be for an initial period of 3yrs.
