Deputy Head of Risk and Compliance

Newly created role with an international offshore law firm.

An exciting new opportunity to progress your career with a well known and well respected international firm.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of the AML, KYC and general compliance programme.  You will also be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes and advising as to the implications to the business.  In addition, as the team grows you will be expected to mentor and manage junior members of the team across the Caribbean region.

Ideally, you will have between 3-5 years of experience in compliance, AML, internal audit or forensics.  Strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to develop relationships with regulatory bodies is a must.  Previous leadership experience would be beneficial but not essential.
